PLEASE NOTE - Once an order is placed, there is typically a 24 hour turn-around (during our normal business hours Mon-Fri 8a-5p) before your order will be processed and your requisition uploaded to your Account Management page. This is an online physician referral service where you must order and pay for all of your services prior to visiting the collection site. Our physician network will review all orders & results to recommend additional counsel or treatment, if needed. Each order has a processing fee of $6.00 applied to the order at checkout, per order. If you order (4) or more tests in a single order, the $6.00 processing fee will be waived. For the closest collection site, simply click on the tab "Locate A Test Center" and enter your zip code. Patients ordering STD Testing will receive an email instructing them to call in and speak with a representative by phone prior to receiving a written copy of their results via secure email. All positive STD results may be required, by law, to be reported to your State and/or local public health authority.
